We are concerned about the privacy around uploading our constituent emails, do you have a policy around this?
We respect the privacy of individuals and are committed to protecting it. We collect several types of personal information about individuals, including e-mails, from our members and other sources. Our policy is to use the collected personal information about individuals in order to create profiles and statistical data used to identify trends and other helpful, general information to assist corporate sponsors in identifying appropriate charitable-organization partners (and vice versa). In many instances, we utilize a licensed, third-party, secure and proprietary database to perform the analysis. The email lists are destroyed after the analysis is complete.
